HOUSE IN ÁVILA

The small lot, characterized by the peculiar strangulation between the garden and the buildable part, offers an interesting corner position that is used to give the building a strong presence on the street.
Access is through the highest point of the sloping sidewalk, so that the basement can receive natural light.
The staircase connects the three levels of the house, is placed in a central position, so it acts as an articulation, both in section and in plan, between all the rooms of the house, allowing circulation around it on the first floor and basement.
